1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PewExchange ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PewExchange is an online classifieds platform where users can post listings for gun gear, accessories, and related equipment. We provide a platform for users to advertise items and communicate with interested parties. PewExchange does not facilitate, process, or guarantee any transactions—all sales occur directly between users and must comply with applicable laws.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Listing Guidelines
When creating listings on PewExchange, you agree to:
- Only list items that you own and have the right to sell
- Provide accurate descriptions and photos of items
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Not list prohibited items (illegal items, stolen goods, etc.)
- Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from being listed on PewExchange:
- Items that are illegal to sell under federal, state, or local law
- Stolen property
- Counterfeit or replica items misrepresented as genuine
- Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Any item that violates our community guidelines
6. Transactions
PewExchange is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments or handle the transfer of items. All transactions are conducted directly between users.
- Users are responsible for arranging payment and delivery
- PewExchange is not responsible for the completion of transactions
- Users should exercise caution and use secure payment methods
7. Messaging
Our messaging system is provided to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers. Free users are limited to 5 messages per month. Premium subscribers have unlimited messaging.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PewExchange and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PewExchange, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
